Homebrew












Ok so this is more of Kris' hobby. He's made two batches so far. In fact, the second batch was bottled before we even tasted the first!

But as you can see, the first tastes pretty good!!

 

 

The process of making beer takes anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks. The first batch said to let it sit for 2 weeks, then another 21 days for aging. We've already started to drink it and it tastes fine! The second just says two weeks.

This is actually what it looks like when it's fermenting. The gas escapes through the valve thingy at the top. Looks kinda gross....

Then we bottle. Kris fills them, then I move them to the counter to cap them.
